Our guest is Alicia Murria, a quality care enthusiast, technology integration specialist, and productivity coach. Alicia Murria, RDH, MS is a member of the Hygiene Faculty with Align Technology, Associate Hygiene Productivity Coach with Inspired Hygiene, and alumni at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene. Her career focus has been dental hygiene education, public health, and implementation of clinical practice guidelines. She is passionate about quality care and is a key opinion leader for several major dental companies. She has developed continuing education courses that empower other dental hygienists to get the most from their career, practice with integrity, and utilize the dental hygiene scope of practice as a template for high-quality dental care. Alicia’s research and studies have been grounded in emotional intelligence, communication strategies, and implementation digital scanning technology within the hygiene department. Using clinical practice guidelines as a template for quality care, Alicia truly believes every patient is deserving of high-level care regardless of the patient care setting.
