The use of medical management of caries is, for the most part, not taught in dental schools and it's not used nearly enough among practicing dentists. He’s worked in private practices across the country and for a decade was on staff at OHSU (Oregon Health Sciences University) Dental School. He lectures at NYU Dental School for the largest dental residency program in the US.
