Dr. Gupta graduated from the University of Michigan school of dentistry in 2004. He is private practice in North Ridgeville Ohio and has become a sought after speaker and lecturer on many aspects of how to build an extraordinary dental practice.

Practicing high-quality dentistry with premium materials is a cornerstone of building an extraordinary dental practice. But there's another crucial element—one so vital that without it, reaching the level of extraordinary is nearly impossible. You guessed it! It's customer service. Dr. Gupta encountered various issues that led to a toxic work environment which he says stemmed from his initial struggles with leadership. He admits he was more focused on being the likable "cool guy" in the office rather than being a good leader who was able to deal with problems and face confrontation. Dr. Gupta will recount his journey, from the rocky beginnings to how he eventually turned things around.

We'll be addressing a wide range of patients that have lots of saliva, an infinite source of blood, all stored in their gingiva, a gag reflex that's activated as soon as you tell them what you're about to do, and tongues that are more muscular and stronger than my biceps.
